This will be the 4th unit in a very small block of 12 units to do Airbnb. Units that are in a residential area. I see this as commercial business by stealth by outsiders. I live in the block of units next door & witness daily the impact of the already 3 units running an Airbnb businesses in block 13. Parking in our parking spots, our rubbish bins overflow, late night activity, constant daily comings & goings...Like a hotel lobby. Remember this is a residential village not a business area. Best to leave Airbnb to free standing housing in areas that can absorb such business activity- not units.
