The congestion , the flow through traffic , the neighbourhood does not need more traffic on a high volume rd. Livingstone rd is being used as a short cut to the Pacific Highway and already incredibly congested with new developments, increased capacity at PLC school, and already in plan developments.
This area is suppose to be a heritage listed area, the house at 149 is has a temp heritage listing ...this is not part of a high density zone.

Enough! Over 55 does not mean no cars...3 houses turned into 19.

So distressing to see such a beautiful property and the two others included in this plan get destroyed! Once this historic home is gone, it’s gone forever! There are plenty more places to build another multi dwelling!
The traffic congestion increase the new development will cause, around an area that has a great many schools, is also a poor plan!

I’m gob smacked that you have agreed to knock down the house at 149 Livingstone Ave. Seriously, I’m ashamed. The council all voted against it as did hundreds of residents but still the developer won. I must now consider getting out of this area before my house gets swallowed by progress. I’m disgusted and extremely disappointed. We are knocking down a part of our history and more importantly setting a dangerous precedent for the easy eradication of our heritage and history. Thank you. Todd
