1. Once again further development with no upgrade to road infrastructure. This unsealed road already struggles from poor condition due to constant increasing traffic. The surface deteriorates rapidly after grading (within a week) with the existing residents being subject to noise and dust! The only way further development should be approved is with an upgrade to the road - that being tar sealing to the bridge at the Yabby Creek junction.
