I am a resident of Battery Point. 3 unit’s in the block next to me Airbnb. The place has the daily goings on just like a commercial hotel. Parking is an issue and these short term sometimes overnight stays only, don’t understand or clearly ignore any instructions to not park in residents parking spots or be mindful of their 24/7 behaviour. By allowing so many Airbnb accomodations you are allowing the local village feel to become one big hotel loby of a suburb. Please restrictapprovals of so many applications. Or better still crack down on so many illegal airbnb.
