    “Kylor” - 2 Inyadda Drive

We have the following concerns regarding this development :
    - The development involves the clearing of multiple differing special habitats. The region is home to many endangered species of fauna and flora which are quickly loosing their habitats. Removal of the flora in for this development puts pressure on birds, mammals, reptiles, plants and insects directly by decreasing their food and homes plus the increase in vehicle traffic, pets and people in the area has a detrimental effect.
    - The development is in direct contradiction to the governments own biodiversity laws
    - The local area does not have the infrastructure to support another 250 - 320 households (especially given the 40+ currently being built in Manyana plus the many other previously empty blocks having been built on in the past 1-2 years PLUS the 182 block development just listed for sale.)
The local residents will have to live with the consequences of developments like this for many years to come. The time to act is NOW!
Please consider writing a letter to local council, state government, the newspaper or radio station if you agree with any or all of these concerns. Talk about it on your social media.

Sory as far as we are a concern (previous resident of Sunset Strip for 19 years) we have to point out that this development in a subdivision is going on for longer than 30 years. Always somebody is thinking about making big "killing" and make a fortune. There is always one big problem. There is nothing to do than go fishing and swimming atd. Nothing else. majority of those few permanent people are permanent costumers of Centrelink. And they will be regardless of any development. Only the number of Centrelink customers will become much longer. Why? there is no smallest opportunity of employment. Nowra is 45 km to the left from Bendalong Rd, and Mollymook, Uladulla 35 km Obviously public transport 3x a day Kids trip to school takes longer than an hour. Nearest shop at Bendalong or Cunjerong with limited supplyes. Shops are oriented to provide feed for "vaxheads" mostly or for caravanpark and so on. Manyana means exactly what is is a place of nothing happened now, everythink tomorrow. Just leave it as it is!
