    To whom it may concern,

    This DA requires parking. We have a Boarding House (not yet completed) in Little St which has about 9 spots for cars for approximately 35 units.
    Parking is already extremely tight so any future building requires parking.

    I object due to lack of parking in the plans.
    Currently the property at this address has parking for two or three vehicles.
    The local area has a shortage of parking spots due to staff and students at Christian Brothers and commuters parking all day. The property should have off street parking for at least one car each.
