1. This is most alarming, We have lived on this stree for over 35 years and it was always a quite residential street with little traffic, by building an 18 unit 2 story block for affordable housing it will forever change the nature of the street by the increase in traffic.

   If this proposal was submitted more than 2 months ago ( today being 12-7-2011) why haven't the effected residents of thios street been advised of such a proposal specially when I live directly opposite the proposed site.

   This proposal will bring down the value of the street and forever distroy the quite residential nature of the suburb.

   It must be stopped .

   This proposal has to the potential of introducing another 36 + residential cars on our street.

   To propose to build an 18 unit block is just madnes.

2. I am really Concerned about the way the council has put this proposal hidden from us till todate, it is surprising that the members of the public and the street was not informed about this proposal of 18 units blocks.

   It is a quite residential street, with people living in this street for more than 35 years, in the ir property, know the way things are going it will significantly affect the life style we are used to in this street.

   The street will be very busy one and it will have traffic conjestion in both ways even though each unit has its own parking spot, the street will be full of cars as the occupants will park on the road and in front of properties that are not known.

   In my opinion the council need to send letters as to when the building works start so the public can have its own say to this proposal.

3. They are trying to do it again. Just received a development application.
