I do not believe a visitor car parking space should be reduced from the site. Every street with town houses, 2 storey dwellings, etc now being built, is becoming clogged up with visitors' cars and tradesmens' vehicles, very often residents' extra vehicles, leaving no room for traffic to move on many occasions. It should be mandatory for two car parking spaces and one visitor space per three bedroom dwelling to be incorporated into the site plan. This will help avoid problems in the future when allowing more and more multiple housing developments.
How the garbage and recycling trucks manage to empty the bins is a credit to their driving skills.
