    I SOLD YOU THE LOT 4568 LOWNDES DRIVE, ORAN PARK NSW 2570 IN 2014 TO RAMZI KETTLE.
    I RECEIVED A LETTER OF NOTIFICATION FROM ORAN PARK –GREENFIELD HEAD OFFICE ABOUT NON-COMPLIANCE OF THE DEED COVENANT AS PER THE CONTRACT SIGNED BY RAMZI KETTLUE AND AS PER THE CONTRACT THE DEVELOPER HAS THE RIGHT TO BUY BACK THE LOT ON THE SAME PURCHASE PRICE WHICH I SOLD HIM ON 2014, LESS COSTS INCURRED BY THE DEVELOPER IN THE RE-PURCHASE OF THE LTOF IF THERE NO SUBSTANITAL COMMENCEMNT OF THE HOME AS THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE COSNTRUCTION TO HAPPEN WITHIN 24 MONTHS. KINDLY SEND ME YOUR EMAIL AS I WILL SEND YOU THE LETTER OF NOTIFICATION FROM DEVELOPER AS THE LAND WILL BE BOUGHT BY THEM VERY SOON.
