1. Why are we been flooded with another 24hr gym there is the same one located 500m from the proposed location? The complex car park will be more active and so will the adjacent streets. This will create a safety concern aswell as more people having 24hr access to the carpark and lifts. I strongly believe that accepting the proposal is not in the best interests of the community.
