    According to allhomes.com.au, this block is 910 metres square. I would be interested to find out whether there are any other blocks of this size, apart from those on Blamey Crescent. I understand that the zoning has been modified and that Savige Street falls into the zoning for multiple dwellings, but to my knowledge this would be the first development where average block size is approximately 300 metres square, notwithstanding Blamey Crescent.
