Please strongly consider the traffic impact to the residents of the immediate area. We already have a high volume of traffic using Whitehorse Road since the townhouses and 7 eleven has opened. Vehicles are crossing double lines to enter the 7 eleven which highlights the need to ensure line markings are addressed.
Cars also park on the grass verge along Whitehorse Road adjacent to the above noted developments which block views of oncoming traffic when leaving Cootha Drive. A possible yellow line may be needed in this area. There has already been a few car accidents in this area hence my concern.

I object to the use of the site as a childcare centre. We already have way too many centres within the catchment and this is seriously going to negatively impact the viability of existing centres that are already not full. The decision to approve this childcare centre will be putting local people employed at other Childcare centres out of work and closing down small business IE other family owned and operated Childcare centres.
