I would like to object to this application on the grounds of lack of parking. As an owner of a new premises under construction on Sandcastle Close I have concerns about any guest parking. It appears that there is only parking for one vehicle in this application and no realy provision for any further parking for guests or if more than one vehicle is owned by the resident.

Sandcastle close is a private road and the new dwellings that are being built on Sandcastle close all will have at least parking for two vehicles. The road cannot really accommodate any extra parking and is wholly owned by the residents of Sandcastle close. The road is private and the owners of Sandcastle close are all burdened with the expense of maintaining and upkeeing the road. If this development is allowed to proceed I have grave concerns where any future guests will park or if the residents have more than one vehicle.
They have bought right of way but nothing more. If the residents of this new development want to have any guests there is nowhere for them to park and parking on Sandcastle close will not be an option. There are already issues with a shortage of parking on Henry's road and Boos road and cars are parked illegally constantly.

Please consider this issue when making your determination.
