We do not need another centre in Cammeray nor do we need any more congestion in the street, there is no off street parking and the facilities in the Crows Nest Area and the North Sydney Municipality are well catered for. At any stage if anyone wants a vacancy there are plenty of centres around and an oversupply in our area is evident. We should return to a demonstrated Planning based model of showing there is a need around prior to just developing for the sake of developing..I will source the plans more prior to a formal submission. There is a new early learning centre that has just opened for 70 children and one in naremburn that has applied to double their places

When we were searching for child care, it was very hard to find a place. In the unlikely event that there were too many places, the market will sort it out. The more centres there are in more convenient locations, the less the need to travel to get to a centre. As a parent, I welcome the addition of child care facilities.
