Parking in Caleb St, Browns Rd and Daffodil St is almost impossible to find now.
With all the development going on now plus 5 more dwellings at 11 Caleb St will make it much worse for the residents already living in these streets.
NO MORE MULTI UNIT DEVELOPMENTS IN THIS AREA!!

The builders has no road management, the trucks have completely compromised our road quality from Alanby Street down to Elizabeth St onto Caleb street. There is newly appeared sizeable cracking, caked on clay deposits have matted Elizabeth Street creating uneven driving surfaces.

Builder and his trucks are onsite at 6:30 am and its with out any regard for us who live by the site.

We now have no parking and without the traffic management team it’s concerning just navigating out of our driveways

This development with deep excavation was poorly managed and post serious safety risk to neighbourhood.
It is observed with improper retention setting before excavation causing neighbours backyard fencing either falling and collapsed. Site with no safety monitoring and council after issued planning permit with no quality assurance/monitoring to make sure developer look after safety on site and posed serious safety risks to neighbourhood.

The seriousness of this matter need to be investigated and immediate action from council or other safety authorities is urgently needed before any incident happened or people injured.

Also a manhole/Telstra cover located at corner of this development was damaged by those heavy long semi attached long trucks making turns in small street, posing safety risk for neighbours when walking on natural strip to cross the street, human or dogs can potentially fall into a deep hole as a result of the broken manhole.

Not to mention, several kerbside were damaged as well, with the road surface started to crack after heavy duty long trucks travelling/loading sand and rocks many times leaving dirts and sharp crushed rocks on road posing safety risk for bike riders and neighbourhood jogging.

Photos were taken if needed to provide as evidence.
