what are the details of the proposal and are changes outside of VCAT findings. Have residents in Bundara Street been informed.

Yarra have been asked repeatedly to advise residents as to what is happening and there has been no information at all given to surrounding residents.

The relevant Departments at Yarra have been evasive, unhelpful and appear to have deliberately with held information about this...they have also been notified that there have been several additions to the building that are NOT on approved plans but have not notified interested parties as to what is to be done about this. When the head of Department tells you that "I am not wasting any more time on you" you become aware that there is a problem. The communication coming from the City of Yarra is appalling.
The only update to us has been information a neighbour found on a website not connected to Yarra...
