    Hi,

Seriously wrecking Logan Reserve. Already putting up with as council states "anti social driving behaviour", phone the Police, Police cant do a thing about it, as we cant cant the rego's. What was once a nice peaceful lifestyle has turned into noisey summer nats. The round abouts are now a challenge to see if they can go right round burning rubber.

So here we go again more rentals less owner occupier's.

From my previous submissions against the developments, it appears existing residents are ignored as the value of the rates is the driving force behind the approvals. Like the rest of those who have lived here over 20 years, it appears we will be forced out....

I agree wholeheartedly. I've lived here for over 15 years, the cramped mass population of Stoneleigh Reserve has killed the quaint peaceful suburb. I won't even allow my kids to walk around the neighbourhood any longer due to the hoons & druggie. Very sad.....

Totally agree, I think last time it flooded, Logan Reserve Road was closed for nearly 2 weeks for the road base underneath to dry out. What is also a great concern, is watching kids walk back from the High Schools up Logan Reserve Road, and onto the Rural Bridge. As when I questioned it years ago, I was told it was Rural Road, and didn't need to have pedestrian access.... Someone told me in the next 3 odd years, 8,000 houses for Logan Reserve... Have no idea how true it is.
