    This is incredible.

The builder/developer is already advertising something which is still waiting on approval? There is a big banner with EVA at the front.

The community concerns regarding this apartment block isn't being respected by the builder. Or there is something else happening.

What is going on? We live opposite and the first we knew of this EVA building was the advertising out the front and along the fencing. Is this community consultation? When are we able to object to what looks likes more over- development right next to over 200 Bay Pavillions apartments completed a few years back? What is the Council's views on this? The traffic generated by all the apartments surrounding this site is bad enough now and leads to more congestion at peak hours and at the shops with residents driving around in circles looking to park. Bay Pavillions is an eyesore to many residents and we thought that was the end of it in this overdeveloped part of Lane Cove. The village feel of the suburb is being totally destroyed and people are NOT HAPPY. Progress is one thing but this news is disgraceful. No one should be allowed to add to the concrete jungle this area has become. No wonder people don't think politicians are listening to them and are changing voting support to those that still believe we live in a democracy and give weight to the views of those affected by political/planning decisions. STOP EVA NOW. Your reply will be appreciated.
