The unique selling point of Sanctuary Lakes is that your eyes can travel and not be blocked by house upon house or in this case town house upon town house. No more development please you will be reducing the quality lifestyle here. Its not needed. Its not being asked for. The only person/s who will benefit is the developer and Urbanedge Homes.

We moved here because there was open space and no townhouses. The townhouses are an eyesore and reduce accessibility of open space. We do not want anymore townhouses in Sanctuary Lakes. Every time I drive in and out of Sanctuary Lakes I am confronted with the ugly townhouses near security and do not want this look invading more space. Development is over. Stop destroying this community.

Sanctuary Lakes once emphasis its resort style living, with all these townhouses development. i cant see this attributes anymore which is sad.

With the continuing increase in traffic and little or no consideration for the already over stressed transport infrastructure, it is inconceivable that the council consistently approve this type of application.

I say no to this. Already the resort nature of Sanctuary Lakes has been ruined by greed of developers putting up townhouses. Parking is already an issue and high density housing simply does not fit the resort

There are already too many townhouses in Sanctuary Lakes which has increased the amount of traffic that drives around the boulevard. We moved here due to the open spaces which were written into the development design and it seems now to be eaten up by development after development without any consultation with the people it impacts, mainly the current residents

The townhouses are awful to look at. Nobody likes them & they're ruining the look of Sanctuary Lakes. For a premium resort they look cheap & nasty.
