You can't be serious, seven stories and no parking.
    Thats just greed.
They will all be parking in the Woolies carpark.
    When will this all stop
I noticed VCAT had approved it back in 2013, VCAT have a lot to answer for with these ridiculous approvals
Maybe they be held responsible for their ill fated decisions when it goes pear shaped after the developments is completed.

Not too sure I understand how 7 floors with ZERO car parking is possible in this area?

While I am pro-development, there must be at least SOME car parking for the building- the pressure will just add to the surrounding area and drop everyone's amenities down for the sake of the developer saving some cash.

Can you please ensure car parking is added to this development? If not car parking, dare I suggest an installed car-sharing scheme where 2-3 share cars are permanently stationed in / directly near this building?

Developments of this size with NO CAR PARKING incorporated within the development adds to the demise of the areas amenities. It is simply not an option for this area and must be amended.

Its worth considering that car spaces actually add significantly to the investment potential of apartments in the area to the tune of $50-$80 k.

This issue needs to be addressed by Council now.

I think it is great that people feel strongly about development issues but please be aware of the need to address these issues with your local council. And be prepared to follow through. It really is up to residents to object.(and you don't have to to be close enough to have received official notification but you do have to be on the alert to notice what's happening in the neighbourhood!)
And send letters to Richard Wynne, the Minister for Planning. He needs to know how you feel about the way Melbourne is being developed. Be a terrier! Be positive. Do not give up. You can make a difference! Let's demand classy sustainable development that we all would love to live in.
