If this application is by the adjoining retirement village I would accept it assuming that access would be via Burwood highway. Any development proposal that would require access via Tyner Road to 28 dwellings would not be acceptable to me.

Now they propose and eight storey complex. Amazing.

They should develop the car park on stud road and Somerset st to a multi level car park if people need for car parking spaces. Like what Glen Waverley has done.

94 apartments 28 townhouses equals losing more TREES, more traffic congestion in an already busy area. Parking???? NO NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Re - the council may choose to take comments seriously only if they come from local local residents.

I don't live in the immediate area but do drive in this area every day

I do live very close ocf Tyner road. Already with st andrews college and 40km speed zone its mayhem. They need to add a school crossing from Rembrandts to food star side of road in bc kids r crossing everywhere add more traffic it will be bedlam
