1. This area is being overbuilt with duplexes and other developments. There is an enormous apartment block only 10 houses up from here which was approved without sufficient parking underneath for the 18 apartments above. By further developing this street with multiple homes you will cause traffic chaos and parking issues in an area that is quiet and family friendly. There have already been over 20 duplex developments approved this quarter alone. Stop the overdevelopment of Revesby Heights!
