1. We are increasingly concerned with the extent of this development. Given that the initial understanding was that this was to be a garage with studio above, the recent application for further changes indicates that this structure may service more of a residential purpose/dwelling. The lack of privacy into our home is now a major concern. The addition of doors, terrace and opening windows means that we no longer have privacy in our own home with full view into our main living area, kitchen and yard. This was not the understanding of the initial application and the works have now proven to be more impactful on our privacy than was first explained to us. We would appreciate that changes be made to limit any further loss of privacy into our home.
