1. I only found out recently that this house that is next door to us is getting demolished. I have been told from the current tenants that this older style house does have apestos, as I have 3 young children aged between 2-9 I am very worried that it will affect us if not done with the proper precautions. The house in question is right next to where we park our car, as we park it in our driveway inside our backyard, so we will often be in and out from the car to the house and vice versa.
