    Please could we be advised of the progress of this development? It has come to our notice that the apartment buildings on the other side of Wellington Street have been notified that the development will commence soon and photos have been taken for reference if building damage should occur once construction commences.

    Our building, 47 Forrest Avenue is directly behind the development. (Tall white building in photo). We have not been notified of the commencement or building assessment made.

    When the building to the right of this development was constructed, incorrect common walls were demolished and considerable damage occurred on our property to the grounds, a wall and the cottage that is located immediately behind the block.

    Please can this matter be addressed immediately and a response sent in acknowledgement of receipt of this communication.
