1. Objection against another block of units in Murphy street this one being at 28 Murphy Street Oak Park , the appeal of this street-cape is diminishing due to the number of multiple developments altering the overall look and feel of this area. Parking and safety issues are of great concern as the street parking has increased considerably dues to the lack of adequate parking with the new dwellings this in turn may increased risk affecting school children walking each day to Oak Park Primary.

   Large established tree has just been removed from this property again changing the overall look of the street.
