    This development will add to an already congested area and is out of proportion to the small parcel of land.

    This building is now over the height limit. I don't accept that the "design" will be compromised by a reduction in height. The developer has pushed the limit with cramming as many flats as possible onto a small block and should not be allowed to exceed the height limit.
