This street is already over developed and suffers from congestion due to the number of residents (houses, apartments, townhouses) and visitors due to all the retail at the High St end of the street. It already can barely cope with the number of cars which travel on Walpole St. Adding more medium to high density living to single sites is not sustainable to this neighbourhood. This traffic should be key to major roads only and not the already over developed and congested side streets.

What a beautiful home from the early 1900 that has been put forward for bulldozing. 136 Princess St, Kew is to be converted into rubble, and now this one too !

Its beauty could not match most of the homes that are part of HO143.

Lastly, why another apartment block in the heart of Kew, which already suffers from an apartment / townhouse oversupply and heavy traffic congestion as per the previous comment.
