Redevelopment of the site for a mixed use development Integrated Development Application, requiring approval from the NSW Office of Water pursuant to the Water Management Act 2000, for a mixed use development containing five buildings of between 7 to 8 storeys. The development comprises two levels of basement car parking, residential apartments, serviced apartments, ground floor retail premises, childcare centre, and dual use units. The City of Botany Bay Council is the consent authority, and the Sydney East Joint Regional Planning Panel has the function of determining the application as the Capital Investment Value of the proposal exceeds $20 million.

    Can you provide the traffic management plan for the area as the increase in traffic will pose gridlock

    Currently the peak hours’ traffic at Coward St and O'Riordan St is notorious, I wonder if council or RMS have considered plans for improvement at this location for such large development.
