1. When Council is assessing this application, they might like to look at the situation a few house away, where several residents have built hardstand car parking spots on the footpath (Council property). This deprives other residents of scarce on-street parking for 4-5 vehicles as well as significantly affecting the streetscape, despite the landscaping. Perhaps everyone in the street should do it.
