all okay. Was worried about Swan St as its off Brewer St Capalaba. Brewer Street is entry to McKenzie CapellaBay Aged Care Home...but using strange address on Old Cleveland Rd East when it should be No. 1 Brewer St that locals say Bunnings want for their big green shed. Bunnings bought and downed nine houses ResA land which went to court as locals didn't want their monstrous green shed taking up their street. They have applied twice since court findings said NO to using Brewer St so Korraine Skillen who led the fight for locals told me they could build e.g. units as it's ResB now. Should Bunnings apply again to build a monstrous hardware shed using Brewer St there will be objections to any application. Location not suitable next to an aged care facility due to noise, amenity, visual & air pollution next to 4-way traffic lights, would lead to traffic gridlock. Residents said okay to Bunnings using the commercial land but not the ResA land. Senior judge Skoien walked the site and said NO, twice.
