    No! No! NO! NO! NNOOO!
    This house is spectacular!
One of a few remaining on such a grand scale with a parcel of land/garden/mature trees that compliments and justifies the integrity, history and 'lifelines' of this example of architecture. This house deserves no less than to be a feature of Toowoomba's heritage, not just another dog-box land grab sold off to the highest bidder! DO NOT LET THIS HOUSE GO THE SAME WAY AS 'BURNAGE' and '4 ARTHUR ST'!!!! Shame TRC! Shame! Shame! Shame!

I stood in a room and listened as an application by a developer was denied and was grateful for the sincerity and commitment of the people that made this decision ,
SO WHAT HAS HAPPENED COUNCILLORS , WHERE HAS THE CARE GONE.
TIME TO WORK FOR THE PEOPLE NOT THE DEVELOPERS
MOST OF WHOM EMPLOY WORKERS FROM BRISBANE AND THE COASTS.
    SADLY DISAPPOINTED

This is NOT in keeping with a low density housing zone!
Stop degrading our lifestyles and making an ugly mess of our streetscapes!
Say no to this unnecessary, greedy development. Please wake up and stop ruining the very thing that made Toowoomba attractive in first place!

Why is this map displaying the house next door in Range St with a glimpse of the dividing fence to the Grand Old Lady in Mary St?
Is the intention to demolish her or squeeze other blocks around her ?
