Why do you have to build on every piece of green space we have .
Please leave some so we can still breathe .

I object to this attempt at further development - when and where will it stop?
Is greed all that FKP and cohorts are motivated by - we have seen so much native bushland cleared, been subjected to so many lies and deceitful actions from the "developers" in the area.... Don't allow these parasites to further line their pockets at our detriment yet again.
It appears that FKP will only stop when there is no more vegetation to clear if those that have the power do nothing to stop them.
As a resident of Peregian Springs, I feel very strongly about the tactics and strategies that FKP in particular have used to promote their interests.
They have deliberately misled residents and prospects with false representations. Time to STOP.

I agree that a lot of trees have been cleared in Peregian Springs over time and quite possibly too many but unfortunately we cant reverse this. My concern now is focusing on the current problem which is the possible closure of the golf course which will have a huge impact on the whole Peregian Springs area. If the club was to close land prices would be dramatically reduced and the beautifully maintained areas would become unkept areas right at the backs of houses, snakes, vermon etc would become a problem. If the club requires this development to survive in a hardfought business(7 other golf courses within 15 minute drive) I think it should be approved on the agreement, the development is done tastefully with as little impact environmentally and no future golf course development allowed. Please consider all aspects of this as I am concerned Peregian Springs could become a very run down estate if the course goes.
