1. We are existing tennants in the building and at the moment due to the flowerdrum restaurant opening all other tennants are loosing business due to lack of car spacing cause of customers taking up car spaces for minimum of 2 hours and if given a liquor licence the customers will stay longer in the flowerdrum restaurant please take into consideration as the restaurants 120 seating and car park capacity is not equivalent.
