Hi, I believe that this would be a great investment for the council. But only of done to the current standards of the Glenning Valley. As a current home owner of the suburb, I believe that there is a price premium and status about the area, which leads to the price associated to the real estate there. I believe the correct way would be to do things would involve larger blocks of land, nothing under 550sq meters. Preferably land for sale would be around the 600-800 sq meters. Also having already owning land in the suburb, I believe that current owners of houses should have first options to purchase blocks before going on sale to everyone else. There also should be a price point which will not effect the current value of any other Glenning Valley properties in a negative way. A suggestion on price would be House and Land packages starting at $649,000 for 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage.
The upgrade of all roads in the area due to the extra traffic flow would be a must.
I myself would be definately interested to purchase a larger block of land as soon as it became available for sale. I would also love any contact details of the developer to be able to secure my block before they are all sold?
