    My main concern is how is something of this stature, going to create good traffic flow. I live in the street and am guttered that such a beautiful place is going to turn into a catastrophic eye sore filled with people who dont care about the place.

    The proposed development is just another example of overdevelopment of sites close to transport .
    Just have a look at Hurstville. Chatswood and the Wolli Creek surrounds, to name a few. They all reek of future slums! Not quality housing, but a cave in by council and State departments who are unwilling to say NO!
