    9 stories too high. Should be max. 6. Access only from Burnley st, type st busy enough.

    Height to too tall given neighbouring properties, which are all 1-2 story houses on that side of the street. Close to opposite the site are a couple of commercial sites which would be the equivalent of 3 stories. A few years ago, that site was going to be developed with a 3 story height limit. This should be enforced so it doesn't tower over existing properties and change the street landscape.

    Also this property is only accessible by Burnley St. The height / number of planned units would substantially increase the already high levels of traffic congestion
