    No, strongly disagree with this short-sighted development. This is entirely inappropriate for the area. The congestion it will cause is unacceptable and completely contrary to the green suburban feel of Mount Waverley. There is no precedent for this level of development and there should not be any such development. If people want to live on top of each other there is a great number of suburbs where they can do that towards the city!. This is not a development that is consistent with the area and what it stands for. Do not allow this development, the corner of Waverley and Blackburn is becoming congested enough without this sort of shortsighted development.

    This would be a complete shame if this was approved and it would basically clarify the council obviously have monetary reasons for approving this, hence fees n charges 4 or 5 extra rates per year in comparison to one,lust goes on.
    Not only that but people in that particular st have paid a premium for these particular block. They are paying for the peaceful tranquility and privacy of that particular area and the certain people want to come and wreck this. It’s not except able.
    Stand up every body and voice your opinion.
