The building size/bulk is too big for the site. Western facing balconies reduce privacy and visual amenity to 61 Pacific pde. Existing parking issues on the street will be made worse. Substantial excavation into rock will likely damage the trees that are supposed to remain and provide screen to the west. I can't see that the issues of the previous application have been addressed short of submitting flashier plans.
