    Gwynne Street and surrounding Cremorne Streets are at absolute parking capacity. This property already has on-site parking, obviously required under its initial planning permit, and should not be allowed to reduce it and further add to existing problems. Most properties do not have the option/ability to add off street parking to deal with the parking shortage and to allow someone who does to reduce it has no justification whatsoever.
