    If developers want to build unwanted over developed sites, they should have to provide all the relevant parking. No reductions in required parking places as this only forces cars onto the streets which are already overcrowded. In reality all new builds should have to have two car parks per dwelling as most couples & families have two cars not one. Enforce the minimum number of required car parks, no reductions!
