    Eleven stories is excessive and out of sync with the area.

    Hello!

    PLEASE ensure the design and materiality of the completed building is HIGH quality- it's such a noticeable position. I think 11 levels is appropriate for this area- it's a wonderful opportunity to create an outstanding form. Context: the incredible art deco building (currently mc. donald's) is a great example of detail and location. Will you ensure that what gets approved is outstanding?

    The size is totally inappropriate and there should be NO reduction in parking requirements. Over development is destroying our community!
