1. What an absolute shame it would be to demolish that beautiful property and put 12 houses there. This is a blue ribbon pocket of kellyville and this would reduce that appeal for the nearby residents.

2. There are two schools near Jupiter Road Our Lady of the Rosary and Tallowood school. Redden Drive gets flooded with cars and people parking their cars to pick up and drop of kids to school. These 12 town houses need to have ample parking to accommodate for their visitors and themselves keeping in mind the average house hold has 2-3 cars
