    Good morning

    Surely, it would be better for the builder to put the lower building in the front to enable more people to enjoy the city views which, in turn, would bring better unit prices? Please could you explain why the lower building is at the back.

    this building will tower over all the surrounding ones.. which are all 8 to 9 levels high.

    this one is 13 and will stand out and cutt off much needed sunlight for soo many apartments..

    there are many people in the area NOT happy about this

    This is very bad and will block the sun light on mascot tower on 1-5 Bourke St. Horrible desing.

    On 07 Nov workers appear to be adding a 14th level to the tower on John Street. All plans I have found show approval for 13.
