1. The application for a 3am licence is not appropriate for the (increasingly) residential area of Cremorne/Richmond.

   The amenity of residents in surrounding streets should be protected. 1am is sufficiently late to be awoken by intoxicated patrons. 3am is too late.

   An increase in patron numbers is also unwarranted. The antisocial behaviour of patrons currently leaving snd arriving from the venue that is applying for this permit needs to be scrutinised at the current capscity.

   Taxi ranks and more policing need to be considered before extending patronage. The area has a serious problem getting intoxicated patrons of our roads and streets. Fighting, smashing bottles and with no late night public transport after 12.30pm.

   I strongly oppose this application.
