1. Dear Sir

   To add 384 residential units to this site, given the already chaotic traffic in the adjoining streets is ludicrous.

   Whether the vehicle entry is from Woniora road or Ormonde Pde, chaos will follow.

2. To demolish the only decent looking building in the Ormonde Parade area and replace with 384 units is ridiculus. 18 stories of apartments will overshadow our homes and take away any privacy we have. A maximum of 7 storey buildings would be much more acceptable.
   Traffic is banked up every morning and afternoon trying to get to the station and 400+ cars added to the chaos will make it impossible for residents to exit O'Briens estate.
