We own 15 Meadows Crescent Blackhead. Would you please advise if the plans for 13 Meadows Crescent, Blackhead are for a single story dwelling and where the retaining wall is situated. Is it possible to view the plans?

Hi, it's a single story home and the retaining wall is along the Sth bounty. Same as your next door neighbour number 17. I'm the owner of 13.
