    Dear Leichhardt Council

I am the owner occupier of 104 View St Annandale, adjacent to this property.

The site plan displayed in this application shows the demolition of a boundary fence with no indication this boundary fence will be re erected. This fence is a boundary to a right of way attached to my property and effectively impedes access to and from my property via the right of way as I step in to the rear yard of 106 View St through my back gate.

I have engaged a lawyer who has written to Mrs Devine and Mr Laing requesting the fence and right of way be reinstated however I am concerned this request will be disregarded as Leichhardt Council have given approval for its demolition.

Further, I am concerned about the potential impact on my attached property of the removal of a ground floor wall.

On these grounds this application should not be approved until these issues are resolved.

I request this matter and my concerns be addressed with the utmost of urgency as this is causing me unnecessary anxiety and stress. I can be contacted on 041 901 9228 to discuss further.

    Thank you.

    Kind regards

    Melissa Baker
