1. This application should not be approved as it stands. All buildings should abide by current car parking requirements or else you simply force more cars to be parked in an already crowded area. They are simply trying to fit more buildings on smaller spaces to make more money and cut out meeting their obligations around adequate parking so as not to add more congestion to our streets. Make them reduce the number of dwellings and use that space instead for the required off street car parks.
