    I think it is wrong to waiver the parking requirements and also the loading bay requirements in an already congested area. The apartment blocks are numerous along this exact strip and as the parking requirements have been reduced for these also then you are going to have hundreds of cars all looking for parking in the surrounding residential streets. The inclusion of food venues in the bottom of these apartment blocks will also demand extra parking. The parking is already congested in that same spot due to the cinema complex and various restaurants that already exist. I think it very unfair that the residents in the surrounding street will have to endure this congestion that you are creating especially as there are clearways that exist on Whitehorse Road. It is very irresponsible urban planning.
